I am happy to inform you that conference arrangements are on schedule. We anticipate that this will be an excellent conference, well-attended, as we have received and accepted 310 papers from 51 countries and nearly 800 authors. These papers are now ready to be sent to our vendor to prepare the conference proceedings CD. We plan to produce just one CD for this conference, and this CD will contain all papers, presentations, general reports and photos of all authors.
