Please find enclosed the invitation and first buletin to 22nd EYGEC2012 which will be held in Gothenburg Sweden next year. Each national society can generally propose 2 candidates for this event. First important date - deadline for abstract - is January 16th, 2012. In 2013 will be arranged International Young Geotechnical Engineering Conference on the eve of 18th Int. Conf. on SMGE in Paris, September 2-5.- www.issmge2013.org

Romanian National Society (Prof. I. Manoliu) expressed the intention to organize 23rd EYGEC in Romania  in 2014.
